Ron Lin is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Santa Monica-based CARD.com. CARD.com is making banking fair, fashionable and fun by issuing affinity-targeted prepaid debit cards, everything from recognizable brands like the Star Trek Prepaid Visa card, the Walking Dead Visa, to the cause-based Breast Cancer Awareness Visa card and Gay Pride Visa card. We develop novel methods for delivering targeted ads to prospective customers, and we leverage these rich data streams to create a best-in-class banking product--a product that connects to the things that our customers are most passionate about.

Ron is a data scientist and software engineer. He has a PhD from UCLA in Biochemistry and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
